Technology is changing and will continue to change how dentistry is done. The social networking power of the patient, cloud based software, constantly evolving diagnostic and treatment tools are all part of the new dental practice world. Finding how to navigate the new landscape can be daunting but technology itself is creating opportunities to more easily and cost effectively integrate new tools into a practice and create better patient outcomes.
This talk will discuss opportunities that are available to practices through the virtual patient and through HIPAA compliant, specialty focused platforms. We’ll investigate the power of virtual treatment circles that allow for a team of experts to weigh in to patient treatment planning and involve all members of the patient’s treatment team. We will also discuss opportunities for practices to differentiate themselves through making information easily available and relevant to their customers.
About the Speaker: Cory began his career in the semiconductor industry working in a mix of roles from manufacturing, running international design centers, to product management. Cory then spent seven years as the Chief Operating Officer of Cadwell Laboratories, a private medical device company focused on neurodiagnostics. In early 2015 Cory was honored to take the reigns of BeamReaders from his father Tom. Cory has the wonderful privilege of being married to Amber and playing with their four young children.
